One of the Portmore Empire’s former artistes believes that Vybz Kartel’s current legal woes are as a result of past transgressions that have come back to haunt him.

Deva Bratt, one of the founding members of the Empire, shared his thoughts regarding the murder charges recently issued against his ex-mentor & friend, Vybz Kartel. Kartel was charged with murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of a firearm regarding the shooting death of a St. Catherine businessman/promoter in July. According to the “Motivation” deejay, Kartel’s current problems stem from past errors in judgment.
