The aim is to represent and exhibit proudly the Jamaican way of life that has been criticized. Images depicting our lifestyle, community, slangs and entertainment are displayed on our apparel. The venture is called Gangstacity wear because of dancehall artist Andre” Popcaan” Sutherland’s hit single “gangsta city”. The artist also have a close relation to the brand so he has appeared in public several times sporting the brand and in even his new music video “food affi run”. Gangstacity wear can be found at leading clothing stores in Jamaica, and is planning to expand in the American Tri state area and other places around the world.
