Dj Dellannie BIO- Born and raised in Port Antonio Jamaica, then migrated to Brooklyn, New York, Corey Rodney other wise known as DJ DELLANNIE began learning the skills to beful DJ. At the age of 10 years old, corey started using records such as 45′s and ablums. Seeing his uncles and other family members DJ in various events on the island of Jamaica, He witnessed the control that the DJs had over the crowd and the way they made everybody enjoy themselves. He knew it was something that he wanted to do.

DJ DELLANNIE had it very hard in his career, but he mad it through. At the age of thirteen Dellannie started to learn the skills of how to use CD’s. It was the new thing before computers back then.  Dellannie improve his skills while playing on various CD players and CD-J’s, until DJ BLAZER a DJ from Bronx, NY, introduced him to the computer technology. Dellannie started out with Virtual DJ then upgraded to Serato Scratch Live and Serato Itch. Even after learning all those skills studying what he needed, Dellannie was still missing one skill, how to MC for himself. Doing the MC work was the hardest task. He was a very shy person growing up but DJ-ing helped him become more open. He then started to listen to different DJ’s on the radio and internet and learned from them. It was on ustream where Dellannie first started to DJ and MC by himself. From that day on he grew into a DJ that can MC for himself where every he goes no matter how big or small the crowd is.

Now a member of THE SOURCE NYC Inc, DJ DELLANNIE’s career is now moving very quickly. In 2011 Dellannie has been DJ-ing in various states such as Maryland, Connecticut, Indiana, Chicago, and various clubs in New York, and also recording artist such as: The Wu-Tang-Clan, Ghostface Killah and Driicky Graham. Look for  DJ DELLANNIE coming to a club, radio,studio or a concert near you in the near future
