The Dancehall Duchess Tiana who has recently completed her six-week European tour alongside controversial deejay Alkaline, kick start off her five-week Solo Summer Tour with a magnificent performance at Europe‘s biggest reggae/dancehall festival SummerJam.
Tiana graced the stage about minutes after 2am with Me Nuh Fear Yuh, produced by Konshens and D&H from France. The Duchess who performs alongside one of Germany’s biggest sound system PowPow Movement had the audience shouting out her name when she performs her hit single, Dem A Bawl, a Sounique Records-produced track.
The Duchess then gave the Summerjam audience a teaser of one of her newly release single titled Batty Rider on the Bike Ryda Riddim which got the Duchess an encore as she demonstrates to the audience that, “Shi know fi sidung pon di saddle, jiggle up round a back.” The track which is produced by Chris Rock and Fireside Imperial from Australia was also well received earlier in the day at the festival when SuperSonic Sound premiered the Bike Ryda Riddim.
So far this tour has been a very successful one for the Dancehall Duchess which also saw Tiana getting double page feature in the August issue of the highly rated Riddim Magazine that can be defined as the #1 Reggae/Dancehall Magazine across Europe and in several other territories.
“I just want to say a big thank you to my manager Carlington Wilmot, I-Motion Sound, Solid Europe Booking, Chris Rock and all the promoters who continues to support me and also how can not say thank you to all the fans who came to the shows love you all.”
Tiana is expected to be back in Jamaica mid-August.
A total of three more songs will be released in July for Tiana which are all going to be distributed by digital distributing giant 21st Hapilos. The names of these tracks are Too Bad Mind, produced by Vanessa Bling aka Gaza Slim for her VB Records label, So Sexy on the Skin to Skin Riddim, produced by Hitmaker Muzik and Dat Me Want featuring Trinidadian soca star, Shurwayne Winchester, produced by her manager, Carlington Wilmot, to be released on his OutAroad Production label.
